Payment Terms
- Reservation Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit of £150 per participant is required to secure your spot on the overseas wingfoil trip.
- The deposit must be paid within 2 weeks days of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Balance Payment:
- The remaining trip cost, minus the deposit, is due 8 weeks before the departure date.
- Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified by our company.
- Any transaction fees or currency exchange costs are the responsibility of the participant.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Participant:
- If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us in writing email
- Cancellation is subject to the following refund schedule { 28 days } days before departure: 50 % refund of the trip cost, excluding the deposit. Less than [ 14 days ] days before departure: No refund.
- It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellation costs.
- Cancellation by the Organizer:
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or insufficient participation, illness so can’t travel .
- In the event of cancellation by the organizer, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future trip.
Trip Itinerary and Changes
- Itinerary Alterations:
- The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants.
- We will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives for any changes.
Participant Responsibilities
- Health and Fitness:
- Participants must be in good health and have a reasonable level of physical fitness to engage in windsurfing activities.
- Any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed to the organizer in advance.
- Travel Documents:
- Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
- Any costs associated with failure to obtain the necessary documents are the responsibility of the participant.
- Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to abide by all local laws, respect the environment, and adhere to any specific rules or guidelines provided by the organizer during the trip.
